This was a 10/10 recipe!!! I needed a leafy green salad idea to serve as a side with the macaroni and cheese I was planning to bake, and this was just perfect! Delicious! I skipped the blue cheese because I was having it with Mac n cheese. I may have to buy more arugula tomorrow, so I can make it again, with blue cheese 😃
