It’s called a rhinestone applicator tool, basically the tip of the tool is heated up so yeah just press down on it and it will stick

how well do they stay on? Do they for example fall off during washing?

If you apply them properly and wash properly they shouldn’t come off, over time they might after multiple washes but just remember to flip the clothing inside out before washing to make them last longer

I would try you local arts and crafts store just to see the different size’s in person but if they don’t have I suggest Amazon.

Definitely get angelus paint and brush kit and rhinestones with a rhinestone applicator to make customs the way I do

If you apply the heat on it properly then they shouldn’t fall off. I’ve done another rhinestone designs on my hoodie months ago and all the stones are still intact

No the rhinestones have glue on the that is heat activated
