Fookin-A! I can't believe I found a recipe that uses ingredients ALL from my garden! I went outside and picked the cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic and the basil. OK, the pasta was from a box...but I do own a pasta maker so..yeah..negative points for not using it. Tasty as is but this would be smokin' with fresh pasta!

I just made this sauce tonight and it was absolutely delicious! The only thing that I changed was that I added 1Tbs. of balsamic vinegar instead of 2, and I also used 3 ladle's of pasta water instead of 1. It helped it become more saucy. Thank you Donal for the healthy and oh so yummy sauce inspiration!!
