To everyone commenting about applying for the UGC program, save yourself the time and DO NOT apply. Applications take up to 9 months for them to process, and UGC permissions are about to become publicized (you will all be able to upload UGC VERY soon). At this point in time, I strongly recommend learning how Limiteds work, learning how majority communities form around a market, and formulating a market plan so that you can get a headstart against millions of other new UGC creators. I say all of this from the perspective of someone who is in the program.

it means u likely didn't change the position of the dummy to 0,0,0

U downscale it in blender (click on it in object mode then press s and make it smaller) then export the mesh again, then import the mesh again

Sometimes when you import meshes into Roblox u have to change the name a couple of times because (for some reason) they flag a model for one reason or another. That’s the only thing I can think it could be unless u turned on selection only when exporting and had nothing selected
