the limits are absolutely BRUTAL when you are trying to make something look even remotely good. I have been struggling just to make a simple Indiana jones hat acceptable by roblox but I can't do it without destroying the mesh because it took so many tris and verts

another way to see the amount of verts and triangles of a mesh would be to go into viewport overlays and click the box next to statistics to see the statistics of the mesh in the top left corner of the viewport

i used a diffrent file format, i first used fbx bc obj didn't have color. but later realised it got huge with fbx. then i got back to using obj and it worked fine.

When I export a mesh with a texture as a fbx file and I import into studio, it doesn't import with the texture. I even tried exporting as a obj file and it doesn't import with the texture as well. But most of the time, it imports with the texture as a fbx file.

Its easy, before trying to press G to move your model, Press "O" in your keyboard, to activate proportional editing. After that you press G to move it and you can change the size by scrolling down or up.

I think you have the diameter of the proportional editing too big. You can use the scroll wheel to change the size

try adding solidify modifier to your model then export it to studio. the reason why one side of your model is invisible is because of normals being flipped. you can look more into that on other videos
