#4x4 #4wd #Sliders
This Episode is HUGE! Massive upgrade for Coal with a set of custom DIY sliders from DIY Customs! This weld together kit allows you to fully customize the way the slider looks and sits on your 4wd! So glad we went down this route as they turned out exactly like I wanted them!
DIY Customs; discount code

- when ordering , diy customs needs to know as much information as possible , including the style / design you want , the length that you require it at.
- also letting people know , that they don’t need to order chassis brackets or gussets , and that the kits without the extra add ons come with 2 lengths of 1500 mm long flat bar to make the brackets, we just make the brackets and gussets for people who want to make it easier. Chassis brackets and gussets are additional costs.
- we freight all over the country , but are limited to only Australia at this time , and to be specific on where they want the items to go
- We are located in Schofields 2762 Sydney NSW - where pickup to the public is available
The best thing the serious customers can do , is be as specific as possible , making it so much quicker for me to give them a quote and Inturn , then ordering the product hassle free
So the standard design kits start at $260 at this point in time
And the step out design ( like yours ) starts at $390
These depend on the size they want , that price isn’t including the chassis brackets

Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in the twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you're no longer accumulating but withdrawing, it's hard to be anything but cautious.

DIY is very expensive, I got a quote found a young guy on the gold coast who made me a mint set for less then the DIY kit costs.

I got an engineer mate to draw up the bend I wanted and sent that to my local engineering shop for them to bend it on their CNC bender, then for the notches I used paper templates. I'm anything but an engineer but with this method I was able to build a set in a weekend. Not aware of any kits I could buy in New Zealand so this was the next best option.

Misleading title. You can’t call something DIY when your parts are precut for assembly. DIY means from scratch. Something you build from cutting, grinding etc…

That's pretty amazing. Checked out the web site. A little disappointed they don't do bull bars and rear bars. Bull bars I get - regulations, but rear bars, with swing out wheel carriers aren't mentioned. Maybe these are coming?

If it's not too late I recommend getting them sand blasted before painting. With that much welding and tight angles you won't be able to do a proper surface preparation. I would hate to see all that lovely work rust out in 6 months. Cool job, I prefer the slider/step in one but hey this is your ute. I don't do hard core driving and my wife is really short.
