In this video I go over a recipe and techniques on how to make Roman Style pizza aka Pizza Al Taglio at home without a mixer or special oven but you do need a blue carbon steel pan for this as it conducts heat perfectly this for this style of pizza and is traditional and necessary
Recipe:
335g of Pizza Al Tagilo flour
265g of cold filtered water
1-2g of dry yeast
5g of honey
9g of sea salt
