Ingredient list
500 gm cream cheese room temp.
50 gm Dil leaves chopped
60 ml heavy cream
1 kg smoked salmon pre-sliced
1 piping bag
clean film wrap
aluminum wrap
breads for base
for garnish

caviars (watc recipe on the channel)

process
mix cream cheese,Dil, and heavy cream in a bowl until combined well. put inside the piping bag .
now arrange smoked salmon to overlap at the end log then put cream cheese filling in the center roll out with clean film then tight ends again roll with aluminum foil so it will hold shape.keep in freezer for about 3 hours .
take bread toast slightly..put cream cheese take salmon roulade cut it into 1-inch thick slices arrange it on top of the bread garnish with caviars and Dill leaves.
Note : make sure salmon roulade is thawed properly before serving.
