I simply adore the video. My reasons: 1. Self-explanatory. 2. Very well-planned videography. 3. Not only the product, but also the video has esthetic appeal. 4. Audio editing has been done perfectly to blend the music and the actual cutting and cooking sounds, let's not leave out the crackling sound of breaking the Samosa. Other ambient noise reduction and no one talking had it's own exclusive appeal. 5. The Samosas were folded to perfection and symmetry. Simply love how the chef is particular to maintain consistency (blame my OCD). 6. There are very cute moments here-and-there to add a personal touch; examples, chopping the onion in half, placement of the last folded Samosa by hand, and the entire finalé section once the music changes and the secret ingredient is announced. There is a very cute brain (or two) running behind the making of this video. Thanks for this delight to the eyes. Oh, and these type of Samosas have been one of my all-time favourite snacks since childhood.
