There is no option of download....but you can take a hardcopy of tha building from municipal corporation....for that you have to write application to ADTP Department

@@ArPrashantPardhi *Flats या घर खरीदने से पहले investor को क्या क्या documets बिल्डर या किसी लीगल पर्सन से लेना चाहिए!* *According to Model Building bye laws 2020 Rajasthan* *1.Sale** Deed*- सबसे पहले यह document builder से लेना चाहिए जिसमे पता चलता है कि फ्लैट जो बने है वो builder की जमीन पर बने है। *2.Chain of documents/Title search certificate* - यह certificate किसी वकील से ले सकते है ,जिसमे पता चलता है कि पिछले सालों में यह प्रॉपर्टी किसके नाम पर थी। *3.Encumbrance Certificate-* यह certificate registrar office से मिल सकता है जिसमे पता चलता है कि इस प्रॉपर्टी के ऊपर कोई loan या कोई और पेमेंट लीगल बाकी नहीं है। *4. Building /Layout Plan Sanction * यह बिल्डर को काम स्टार्ट करने से पहले municipality से लेना होता है, इसमें ऑफिसर बिल्डर को प्लॉट area के अनुसार building का मैप बना कर sanction करेगा उसमे building का *plot area, build up area, height of building ,set back area* कितना हो सकता है लीगल . इसके अनुसार ही building तैयार हो सकती है। यह cerificate investor को builder से लेना चाहिए। *5.Completion certificate -* यह certificate builder को municipality से building बनने पर मिलता है,इस document में ऑफिसर building मैप के अनुसार बनी या नहीं जो प्वाइंट 4 में बताया उसको चेक करके यह certificate बिल्डर को देता है।यह cerificate investor को builder से लेना चाहिए। *6.Ocupancy Certificate*- यह certificate builder को building बनने के बाद उसमे लाईट पानी आदि सुविधा देने के बाद municipality से लेना होता है यह certificate इसलिए आवश्यक है क्यो की building रहेने के अनुसार है या नहीं वो चेक करके certicate देता है , बिल्डर इस cerificate को लेने के बाद ही building या फ्लैट्स बेच सकता है।यह cerificate investor को builder से लेना चाहिए। *7.Property** tax receipt* भी investor को लेनी चाहिए। इन निम्न बिंदु को ध्यापूर्वक समझ कर और सारे डॉक्युमेंट्स प्राप्त करके ही फ्लैट्स या घर लेना चाहिए। *Note- Investor बैंक से लोन लेकर काफी शंका को दूर कर सकता है।* धन्यवाद Yeh sab point shi h kya aur inme se konsa doc strong h so that I know property is not illegal?
