I LOVE SARDINE BREAD and I've added my own twist to it!
How to make sardine Bread
Filling: Sardine
Sponge:
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup warm water
- 1 cup all purpose flour
Rest of the dough ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon scent leaf
Chilli butter:
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- tablespoon chopped scent leaf

Please how many minutes did u bake it? For those having measurement hw do i know how many gram is in a cup? Hw can we measure the ingredients? Thanks

She said 20-25 minutes. For measurements in grams, you can google it. I think 1 cup is about 125g. Just double check.
