How to make SAUBERRY - Preserved FERMENTED CABBAGE

Today we transformed part of our cabbage harvest into sauerkraut, a very popular dish from German cuisine, which has already become fashionable here in our house...
Sauerkraut is preserved fermented cabbage, and is a way of having cabbage throughout the year, especially in very hot seasons, when cabbage cultivation becomes unviable for us.
So, watch the recipe in the video. We show you the step by step of this delicacy and you will see that it is very simple!
We used 4kg of cabbage, 4 tablespoons of salt and a glass jar with a capacity of 2.5l.
