Hi @TheIchigo287 ! I have tried many different fruits. Fruits with high sugar content help fermentation. For fruits, pineapple is recommended over apple. For commercial juices, mango juice is recommended over orange☺

Hello again!@@TheIchigo287 ☺ In the video we used rosemary, but we have used ginger in the past. When using herbs, add sweet fruits or juices at the same time to make it carbonated and tasty!

How do you sterilize these bottles as they have plastic top on them? Thank you

I just put them in a pot and boil them. The tops on my bottles hold up just fine. The seal is silicone and I can reuse them with no issues so far. I hope that helps!
