It's a great recipe for those who are beginners and want to impress someone with a jazzed-up version of scrambled eggs. This dish is not only tasty but healthy and packed with protein.

10 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks
6 tablespoons of half and half
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
