Look at you...you're so awesome. We make this 2 to 3 times a month. A bag that size is about 2.5 tablespoons of old bay. Fresh garlic as well as salt N pepper. Lemon and 1/3 cup of water. I love watching you make this....Love watching all of the videos. Thanks for sharing your knowlege.

Finally made this today!!! We all loved it, but we struggled a bit with the cooking part. I think it's because the bag was too full and the food in the centre didn't get cooked through so we had to put it back in. I think next time I might try a big roaster so it can lay flatter and cover it tightly with foil! But that butter sauce...OMG!!!

Love that she uses that Maggie "pollo" seasoning. Lol That is the magic ingredient in most Mexican dishes, most of us though use the Knorr brand chicken bouillon. If your food comes out bland just throw a dash of that and it will do miracles. I am sure her seafood boil came out amazing with that!
