Dukes is the only one for my family. Black folks SWEAR by it, and for good reason! You can use Hellman's in a pinch, but Dukes tastes so much better.

$19 dollars for 12 oz. of crab meat is beyond insane so I made it with surimi and it came out sick! I’m making it again this way, ain’t no need for crab , this was beyond good. Went a little nuts with the lemon zest but shots of Frank’s redhot balanced it out. Thanks!

Would you recommend the already cooked shrimp for this? Just thaw and add to the rest of the salad fixings. Living in the North the cooked shrimp is pretty common. Uncooked is also just not as often. I agree with the Red Bell for this for the color pop, but also the Red, Yellow, Orange seem to taste better for me.

So I made this but had to omit the onions due to sensitivities and I used cajun seasoning...didnt have old bay...didnt use relish cause I'm doing low carb and used Truvia as my sweetener. With the shrimp I also used a seafood medley that had octopus..mussles..scallops..and it was still bomb! Thank you for the guidance sir. You make some wonderful dishes 😋. Looking forward to the next recipe! I live in Illinois so we dont have this dish at the cookout but cant wait to bring it! Lol
