Hey Jay! I'm a Philly Girl! I made this today, down to the tee. I like it! Personally, I'm not into the sweetness, so the miracle whip, sugar and relish was too much for me. I would do only about 2 tbsp of relish and maybe 1 tsp of sugar, if I use any at all. I'm also going to use Mccormicks Cajun to top it instead of paprika. I didn't even know where to start before so you definitely gave me a basis. Thank you!!!
