Wax should completely melt first and then let it cool to a state, where it looks like its just about to solidify. At that moment, perfect piece are more frequent. And pressure should be just around 15 psi.

I have an idea you can test it, buy a thermometer that could measure up-to 1000 degree Celsius, try to manage to heat the pot and maintain that heat at different temperatures as described in burnout cycle. You could make a chamber while placing thermometer to record the temperature inside that chamber and controlling the heat source. Which in all case would be manual. So keep safety first in mind and you can give it a try.

may be due to high temperature,, first let the wax melt completely and use vacuum port of the compressor to remove bubbles,, wait about half an hour when wax is just about to solidify,, at that condition the results are perfect... its kind of hit and trial..

first try to get injection nozzle in your area, and then look for heat resistant silicone rubber sheet to make rubber washer required to seal that nozzle while attaching nozzle to pressure cooker.
