Ratio corn 2 :1 cassava, can be in cups or kg so that is more accurate ,well done

We mix both in Togo as well and the mixture is good and the texture is amazing. I feel like have this with some spinach soup.

It is not semo but tuo. Semo is made frm wheat.

I mean no offense but I don't know why this is called semo. This presentation is corn food flour. Semolina or semovita is made from wheat. We make this mix for it to be stretchy and elastic but the northerners use only corn which is not stretchy but congeals when cold. It's this same mixture Ghanaians use in making banku.

It is our own semo aftrall we all witnessed how it was made and what made up of it but semo, we all assuming it made up of wheat how ? are you sure? semo is pure white while wheat is brown so why is semo not brown but pure white?. I doubt.

Yeah but plain flour used for baking is white and it's also gotten from wheat

This is more of Tuwo masara in Northern Nigeria. The cassava flour is usually added to make it stretchy. Same with Rice known as two shinkafa.
