Sister, do you know if we and making the dough and everything and roll it to balls the night before and cook it the next day? Will it still be good?

Yes it's still good but make sure when you roll the dough, don't let them break and also don't put them stick together... Cover and put in the refrigerator

Did you use regular hot water or boiling water??? Because i use boiling hot water and all the powder was cook.

I attempted to make this recipe with my daughters while during covid19. We followed the ingredients to the "T" except we didn't use the same amount of sugar because I don't like it too sweet. The taste was good...they just didn't look good. Problem is the balls kept bursting while frying. Does anyone know why? Thanks.

Mona Lisa Did you knead for 10 minutes? Also, I recommend letting the balls refrigerate to cool for a good 15-20 mins right before frying

I would suggest you do not use vegetables oil for fry . use only clear fry oil

Yes! If you don’t like with filling you just make the ingredients for sesame balls only. It’s taste the same and more easily to make ok. Thank your so much for following 🙏👍😊

Not too hot, like it warm water it’s ok. If you use too hot water like almost boil then it’s will make your flour cooked and sticky os
