Hi Mabel, I tried the green bean stew and it came out perfect ,I used to cook it before but I always felt it was missing something but when I followed the steps exactly like you showed us in this video ,my stew came out just perfect ,thank you very very much for taking the time to share with us all your cooking tips ,you have golden hands indeed your family is really lucky ...keep rocking....

We call it 'lobia' (Kurdish) its my absolute favourite. I was looking to see if this was a slightly different version to try. But all thats different is the tomatoes & paprika in the onions. Gorgeous food as always beautiful! Thankyou for sharing your food & your beautiful bubbly self. x

Thankyou for the tip on making the lamb tender. A friend from Lebanon showed me how to make this dish and I love it. I don't remember what they call it in Lebanon.

Than you for the video - I usually make it another way but definitely want to try the Assyrian way now! No garlic and you add the beans towards the end, interesting. To the idiot who commented on 'head scarf' - the lady was wearing a cross - that usually means the person is a Christian. I'm Mendaean Iraqi, not all Arabs are Muslims.
