I added a pinch of sugar to tame the tartness from the lemon and then I had a winner! A sweeter wine would have done it too. Thank you, that dish is going in my rotation!

This is a great recipe! We added about a 1/2 pound of lobster meat (1 Lobster tail) to 1 lb. of shrimp. Also, we finished it off with finely grated parmesan cheese! It was so good...and the leftovers were even better 😋 TY, for another great dinner Mr. MIH!

Man, this sauce was SO flavorful! I’m a picky person who doesn’t branch out too much but I absolutely loved this dish. I wish I would’ve doubled the recipe because it was so delicious. I cooked the shrimp for my husband and added chicken for myself and the sauce paired beautifully with both! I paired it with some homemade cheddar bay biscuits. Definitely adding this to the list to make again and again. 🤌🏽

I’ve tried other recipes for shrimp scampi with pasta and could never get this much flavor! So good and the red pepper flakes add a nice kick! I also added a little fresh shredded Parmesan and had with some fresh garlic toast. Will definitely make this again.

I just made this with Argentine shrimp and it came out great. I added a cup of pasta water and it made the sauce a bit much and "saucy" for the amount of pasta I used but the dish was still packed with flavor. You got a new subscriber over here :)
