She reminds me so much of my grandma who always cooked amazing food for us growing up. My grandma used to cook it completely different but same exact ingredients. How did your grandmother make it?

@@DaysOfSodaAndLantana she didn’t use the Olive oil and use clarified butter. She would would put whole garlic cloves in the butter to allow the butter to get the flavor of the garlic then she would take it off the stove and out in fresh lemon peel allowing it all to infuse over night. and then after 24 hours she would put fresh minced garlic in the clarified butter to have fresh garlic in it too. She would cook the shrimp separately in light butter to allow it to get a slightly crisper and browned outside. Then put it in the garlic butter sauce. Allowing the shrimp to have a different texture. Almost forgot she would use light white wine in her sauce and a little on the shrimp abs light the wine lol hen it was on the shrimp to take a little of the moisture out.
