gotta drag your song or vocal sample into your DAW Sample folder and use the software to edit the .wav file, select section you want to use by using Slice or Truncate, then use your VSTs to edit the new chop you made to slow it down using time stretch, add some reverb/delay/pitch shifter. Tbh I havent done it myself, been trying to learn via youtube tutorials, but after responding to this quetion I realized that I actually DO know how to di it lol. Ftr I am using the Native Instruments Maschine software
