How to make simple cocktails garnishes

This is a very Beautiful and simple garnish, I really love it, thanks for sharing,, how to keep the apple stays white for long, if i want to decorate my dinner table this way and wait there for the people to come, sometimes the inside turns brown

Hi Kesha, thank you, I’m happy your enjoyed the video. For the apples, try working with slow or non browning apples like a Cameo, Cortland, Empire, Gala or Opal apple. If you can’t find these varieties of apples soak you apple slice in lemon water (3 part water and 1 part lemon) it will keep your apple slice white for longer. Hope this helps.

Nothing needed, if they are freshly cut they will stick to themselves.

How you get it to stick on to the apple

Hi Nickale, usually the slices will stick to themselves right after you cut them. However if you are making it in advance, I would suggest keeping the slices in water while you wait to assemble them. Thanks.
