if you saw how I was doing mid/side processing before this video you'd realize why I very rarely do mid/side processing 😂 the track came out awesome! You should absolutely drop this 🔥

It works great with ambient sounds and melodies! I have to try experimenting on drums as well haha

7:47 But if you use for example Ozone 11 EQ (which is free) you could achieve the same, correct? Because with that EQ you can equalize the sides and the mid separate.

Yes there are some eqs that have a mid side splitter. But I don't think it would help me reduce the mid levels while increasing the side levels right? It just lets you eq them seperately
