How to make Sleeve Tabs - or Swiss Tabs - for a shirt or top

Add a little detail to a plain sleeve with sleeve tabs. These are super easy to make with just a 2 1/2" strip of the original fabric or something similar to the original fabric if you're adding them to an existing shirt.
Make them from knit or woven fabric. You'll probably want a buttonhole and button foot for your sewing machine for this pattern hack.
