It's easy just attach a IR screen overlay on the top and connect it to Pi. Or go for Capacitive touch screen.

Thanks for the great video! You just earned a new subscriber! Tell me, how did you secure the 7" LCD screen inside the mirror? Secondly, why use a Power Bank, since it'll run out of juice soon and will need constant recharging? Why not connect the Pi directly to the mains power supply through a 5V adapter? One can also add a USB Dongle to the Pi, so that it can be accessed through a wireless keyboard and mouse. A mini speaker can also be added to the Pi, so that one can hear the news while shaving in the morning, watch JeLo tracks...or whatever your preference is!

@@ashutoshtiwari3785 Lattepanda is a way too expensive SBC and an overkill for such a project, as compared to a Pi-4. In that kind of budget, one can embed a good 10.1" tablet instead in the mirror frame, so one gets touch screen functionality, with Alexa / GA on call too!!
