The only thing you can copy and paste the graph is to install a Flow plugin (it's paid) and create your own one curve and apply on every video. But, I would recommend you doing every curve manually. Search bar plugin is "Fx Console" it's free plugin and you can download it on an official web site. Thank you too

Use * key while selecting audio layer to mark beats because it will move with audio if trim or move it

when i import a video in after effects my clips have a breathing lightning very fast. But when i check my clips on my phone and premiere pro the clips are perfect as they should . Do u know why?

I don't know why but, it has to be some glitches in AE. Update your AE and clean all caches before editing

It's better to make a speed ramp thing then pre compose it. Then feel free to add 3D and other effects
