This is the first video I've seen where the tutorial actually explains how graphs work and doesn't just say something like "idrk just follow me"😭😭

PLEASE continue making tutorials. Most editing tutorials are literally just using text to explain everything and don't go into detail. It's nice hearing someone's voice explaining everything and giving high quality content.

@@Kokivfx hey, in my after effects, if i click on a video, with no effect, just the video, and go to the graph, nothing is in there, no speed graph, and no value graph, do i have to add the twixtor" thing u have in ur clips for it to appear?
@Kokivfx Жыл бұрын

If yk physics just think of it as position vs time graph and velocity vs time graphs. In the value graph, slope represents the speed and in the speed graph the slope represents the acceleration

this is like the first ever AE tutorial I watched and didn’t feel like I should completely give up on trying to understand it. so this is why I’m here to ask, do you have any source recommendations for a beginner that is super duper new to this to learn editing in AE? Because like until now I haven’t seen a single video that explains it like yours, it’s just all “I pull this and that” but how am I gonna internalise that information if I don’t even get explained why stuff is being pulled around? lol

good tutorial, but regarding the speed graph, you can still drag up the yellow things to accelerate it. when you just use the bottom, it only drags one side to the edge but bringing up the other yellow thing on the side will make it faster.
