Why does it not work on the transform effect? It just ignores the first key frame and just uses the second key frame ignoring the zoom motion! Please help!!

@@TechWampus I’ve actually figured it out, it works when you change the scale/positions with the numbers instead of manually moving the image with your mouse.

The motion doesn't happen when the I increase the 'Shutter Angle' to 1.00. Why is that?

Increase it to 180 or 360 for the blur only, add the motion using keyframes as mentioned in the video! The sutter angle is for motion blur only, not for motion.
