How to make snow terrain

What's happening wargamers?

Materials:
2" paint brush
White PVA glue
Mixing can
Baking soda
White Acrylic paint

I've seen for people worried about yellowing, to dust the painted areas with read snow flock like woodlands scenics just to give the top layer a more powdered look. His table looks great so far though.

i have tried making snow that way but dont get it to look any good . not sure what i am doing wrong ,

same, I tried to make snow out of this and ended up making a mess and having to strip the whole board and start over. I am just going to shell out for some scenery snow mixed with elmers, I don't feel like doing this again and getting another messed up board
