Hi guys! I love overnight oats! I have always known that 1 cup of dry oats makes 2 cups. So I always use 1/2cup dry oats in my overnight oats cause it will swell up to a cup!. I use a pint mason jar add 1/2 cup dry oats 1 cup water some sweetener and cinnamon and some Powdered PB 2. Stir it up and put lid and lit it sit overnight in fridge and in morning when I get ready to eat I will add some small diced apple. Yummy ! Can be eaten cold or warmed! Pinterest has many recipes!
