Yo Frankie how do you build stairs on console I’ve been having so much trouble with that

It is a very finicky system for sure. Start building your path and then hold the square or X button, then you'll be able to adjust the height using your left analog stick

I’ve made several shops on my ps5 by the guests constantly get stuck it’s getting annoying it gets worse if you close the park then they just stand there

I run into this issue every time I load the zoo back up. What I do, is delete the shop, wait for all the guests to disappear (only takes a few seconds) and then press undo, to put the shop back. After that, the guests walk around perfectly until I play again next.
