i've never tried making this with soy milk! I'm wondering, does soy milk develop a kind of "skin" on top when it gets hot? I keep having this problem when using cow's milk
@BhairavShakti4 жыл бұрын
I’m gonna say that if you let the soy milk hang around too long after heating it, then yes the fat layer will cool down to form a “skin”. But generally it’s not an issue, especially with the Chai.

Why do some pple add palm oil in soymilk preparation? En in what step is it added?

I have no idea why. Perhaps Google can help.

People compare plant milk to whole milk dairy. Adding saturated fat makes the texture closer to whole dairy. I’m not a fan.

@@BhairavShakti I used fresh homemade soya milk
@BhairavShakti4 жыл бұрын
If the beans were fresh maybe the milk got scorched during soy milk preparation? Soy milk doesn't have sugars so it's not sweet to begin with, but making Chai out of normal soya milk doesn't turn it sour. That's all I can think of right now.

Hey I had a similar issue with my home made soy milk. So the next time after making it I let it boil for about half an hour for the proteins to break down and sourness to go. And after that when I made tea with it, it tasted amazing! You can try the same too 😀

Compared to that of people of your country, most likely yes. But not when compared to people of mine! And there's one another language in which I have a complete mastery with no accent: Hindi, because it is my language. English is not, even though I may have been speaking it fluently for over 3 decades.
