Yeah. The power of this effectiveness lies to it's weirdness. Great for stutter/glitch type of effects used widely in electronic music. About the looping: yeap it is possible to loop. There's a LOOP button at the TIME section. Create automation clip for it, and at the point where you wan't the looping to happen, draw a steep curve.
