Had to put video x0.5 speed and it worked :D. Literally cero experience in touch designers and it made my day getting this output. Just had to make some adjustments at the end with the stereo mix audio input but finally it worked for me. Thanks a lot mate ;)

I figured it out, click the right end of the material as if you were connecting it to something and then hit Tab. It'll let you connect to anything that way.

At the 3:20 mark I can't seem to figure out what PBR2 is supposed to be connected to. It looks like there should be a dashed line with a moving arrow going in between PBR2 and material1 but when I try to make that connection by dragging and dropping PBR2 onto material1 it overlaps PBR1 and PBR2. The nodes become stacked and it doesn't look like your layout. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you for making this video regardless.

not sure if you still need this, but you can do that by putting an audio device in, some audio analysis and math components (any audio reactive TD tutorial will show how to set this up), and then placing in two versions of the face. You put one with the mouth closed, one with it open, and then use a trigger from the audio to switch between the two. the actual switching I'm a bit fuzzy on, but this tutorial covers everything I've said --> kzbin.info/www/bejne/qHjSdJWMoqynhqc

Ok, so I went to the 'Sphere SOP', and putted a 'AttributeCreate SOP' between the sphere and the next 'Null SOP' to it: Sphere > AttributeCreate > Null Inside the Attribute SOP just turn on the "Compute Tangents" switch and it should works fine.

안녕하세요. 한국인이신것같아서 한국어로 댓글남깁니다. 다 만들고 나서 보는데, 제가 height맵 넣는 3:20 이때에 구가 꿀렁거려야 되는데, 제꺼는너무 그대로여서 어디를 만져야할지 모르겠어서 여쭤봅니다. 노드는 다 잘 연결되어있는것 같은데 height가 안먹는거같아요ㅠㅠ 매터리얼이랑 오브젝트가 따라가는게 아니고 노말만 움직이고 컬러는 그대로 있는것 같은 상태로 보여집니다. displace verticles가 안보이는데 어떻게 해야 저걸 찾을 수 있나요?

Color는 움직이지 않는게 맞아요. 하지만 Displace vertices는 PBR의 Maps에 영상과 같이 위치해있는게 맞습니다. 다만 먼저 Normal map을 넣어야 Enable Height map 을 설정할 수 있습니다. 그 다음에 Height Map을 넣고 Displace vertices를 활성화해보세요..!

amazing work, as always, my only issue with this project is how the audio spectrum is captured: i cant get the higher frequencies of my tunes to show on the 3d model,i can clearly see the basslines, but if i put a song with singing or winds they do not show up: am i missing something? is that something that i should change?

Maybe connecting with wrong order I think. Feedback path have to connect to over’s second input. Or it can be you miss the drag part. Or.. it can be miss the setting legacy I guess?

안녕하세요 동영상 너무 잘 보고 갑니다. 바로 구독했어요 :) 제가 초보라 하면서 시행착오가 많은데, 세팅을 똑같이 해도 3:22에 Normal / Height Map 을 입힐때 저렇게 부드러운 모양이 안생기고 성게같이 뾰족한 모양이 됩니다. 애초에 Feedback Loop 을 만들때, Spectrum 이 부드럽게 연결되질 않고 중간중간에 선이 그어지고, Transform 에서 Translate 값을 조절해도 해결이 되질 않네요... 혹시 어떻게 해결할지 도와주실 수 있나요? 감사합니다!

Feedback loop를 할 때 주로 Transform의 Translate가 한 프레임당 너무 크게 움직여서 그런 듯 합니다. 더 작게 조절을 해도 안되신다면 1:43초에서 바닥에 완전 밀착하지 않고 넉넉하게 붙이시는 것도 방법입니다. 다른 방법으로는 feedback 과정을 시작하기 전에 Blur를 넣어서 경계를 흐리게 해보는 것도 좋을 듯 합니다..!

Absolutely fantastic. Your tutorial is wonderful. Is it ok if I share this with my students? Also I have a question with regard to Touchdesigner. My sound was originally imported perfectly and I could hear it playing well. The music is about 110mb song, (10 mins long) however as it loop plays, the quality of the sound drops, then completely stops playing. However the visuals are still reacting to the sound even though I cannot hear it. Does Touch designer create a render file and every-time this plays it leaves data, so slows down the play. or any idea why this happens? Thank you so so much for making this tutorial, cant wait to see what else you create. I think your english is wonderful and your tutorials are easy to follow. Keep creating the magic

Of course you can share it with your students. I think the problem of slows down, maybe the audio data is too big for convert all of sample.(but not sure. just guess) so try convert audio file to mp3 format first. and if your computer specs is not good, it can be play music slow down too.
