Lovely tutorial Alina. I'm pleased to say that after several false starts I finally got to grips with this stitch about a year ago but I still watched yours right through as I really loved the black and gold look, it is very sophisticated ! LOVE it! Actually picked up this stitch pretty quickly thanks to your great tutorial! But I did have one problem. I cut my thread to about 75 inches and only got a bracelet out of it about 6 inches long. Since I use Wildfire and not Fireline, trying to tie pieces together doesn't work. So tomorrow I will be making a matching necklace - with a MUCH longer thread! 🤣

Thank you so much! I’m so glad you picked up the stitch quickly! I understand the challenge with the thread length. I don’t add a super long thread from the beginning, because it can fray. Please, watch my tutorial on how to add thread. Wildfire it’s similar with Fireline and you can tie the pieces together. If not, you can use the method of adding a new thread to your beadwork.
