Thanks for the link to the little griddle. I have the big updraft and a huge griddle that just barely fits in it. I do 9 pancakes at once in there. Feeds the whole family with just one round. When they come off, I can sit down and eat, I no longer have to man the skillet.

Fantastic little grill/griddle. Man it did a fantastic job with everything. And yes! Keep that sizzle goin brother. I'm not sure if you know this but when I first started out you were my inspiration. You told me about Viva video which by the way I'm still using. In your earlier videos you always said "listen to that sssssssizzle" in some of my earlier videos when I had a good sizzle going on I would say "hear that sizzle Tommy" so yes bring the sizzle comments back. Super griddle craft Tommy on that portable gem. Im a fan of masterbuilt as having an electric smoker I used as a portable and then I gave as a gift. Also use a large masterbuilt 4 basket air fryer. Im getting this one and that griddle for a nice shore lunch and dinner when were on the water. Should fit nice in a boat as its size is ideal. Great vid on the legendary steak and eggs.
