You are most welcome! Yes, you most certainly can use honey. Use about ⅛ of a cup instead.

Can the same sauce be used when barbecuing the wings chef? If yes when do you coat the wings?

Yes it can. However, it should be added at the end when the meat is done to avoid overly charred wings.

Sorry it's late, but here you go; 1 ½ kg chicken wings 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 3/4 tsp white pepper 1/4 cup (60 ml) Oil for frying For the sauce 1 heaped tsp garlic, grated 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup Tomato Sauce ¼ cup Worcester Sauce
