How to Make Super Moist Coconut Cake | Easy Moist and Soft Coconut Cake Recipe

The super moist and delicious coconut cake recipe just for you.

INGREDIENTS:
Flour- 2 1/4 cup
Corn starch - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 2/3 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Egg - 4 large
Coconut Milk - 1 1/4 cup
Coconut essence - 2 tsp
Desiccated coconut - as required
Tips:
- [ ] in absences of coconut essence, try almond essence, it works well too
- [ ] Add a lot of desiccated/ shredded/ grated coconut to the cake to make it as coconutty as possible
