3/5 cup (150ml) Water
For the Sauce:
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp white vinegar
1.5 tsp soy sauce
6 tbsp ketchup
Starch Water (optional):
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
Other Ingredients:
1 bell pepper cubed and 1/2 big onion
Vegetable oil for deep frying the chicken
fresh onions (optional)
sesame seeds (optional)
