Rolling the outer edges inwards compensated for not having a rectangular pan. That is a great idea to make it look tidy and uniform. Nicely done. I hadn't seen that technique before.

My first attempt at making this, it turned into scrambled eggs because I added wayhay too much egg in and because the heat was on high XDD Second attempt, I didn't add as much egg in and only put it on medium heat (Which I prefer High because I'm lazy) but it turned out not be scrambled eggs, it was actually this XDD I'm so proud of myself for not burning the house down XDD

thumbs up! by making the process whole lot simpler, you've just made tamagoyaki so much more popular and now achievable by many of us without the access to traditional Japanese utensils or ingredients. (a suggestion, you should think of relabeling the video as it deserves more attention. Something like "how to make Tamagoyaki using a regular pan and in 3 steps!")
@Queenwicky0098 жыл бұрын
I appreciate the suggestion but I'm just going to leave it as is. I was supposed to take this down since it was just for an assignment but it seems to help people. ^^~ This video can be a secret gem ;)

My friend from Middle school used to bring these in her lunch. I think we became best friends and still are because she caught me basically staring and drooling over her lunch and asked if I wanted any. Then she would bring one for me as well even in high school until we were sophomores because you know “cool kids don’t bring lunch to school” 😂 And now I’m here learning how to make them.

All of that from just two eggs. Amazing. I'm going to try to do this but I'm going to TexMex it up a little. With melted shredded cheese under the broiler for 10 seconds. And serve with a little jalapeno relish. I would love this with a crunchy cheesy top. Of course,, flaky biscuits. Shredded hash browns would be better but I don't have patience for that in the morning. I'll just get some pre-made potato patties.

Ah! Y me encanta el kétchup! Gracias
