I just watched BOTH chicken tortilla soup videos...your most resent 2022 was certainly more polished and I loved the presentation, plus the addition of the beans, however I loved seeing this grassroots one and the real life details as well...it even gave me a better understanding of how to practically do this....I am so ready to try making this soup....it looks DELICIOUS! I made this recipe yesterday. It was delicious and everyone at dinner agreed. Next time though, I will use less chicken bullion and as some low sodium chicken broth. A bit salty for my taste. But really good!
