You would think that making candy/toffee/chocolate would be the hardest thing to clean up, but it's by far the easiest, it either all sticks to itself or is water soluble, lol! I made PB fudge, chocolate fudge and chocolate coated PB fudge last night and the hardest thing to clean was the PB from the measuring cup, lol!
