How to Make the Best Cream of Mushroom soup at Home with homemade Chicken Broth Cubes!
Ingredients:
large onion, chopped
3 small spoons of garlic
Half a kilo of mushrooms (500 g or 1 pound)
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons of flour (all purpose)
Small spoon of apple cider vinegar
2 Chicken broth cubes with four cups of water (alternatively, four cups of chicken or beef broth)
1/2 cup cream
Small spoon of basil 🌿 dried
1½ teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and Pepper
To saute the mushroom cap:
Small spoon of dried basil
A tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil
