I tried this with Bob's Red Mill Gf Pancake mix and for once my Gf pancakes came out FLUFFY and not gummy! I followed the second method of hand mixing and sifting (without using a biscuit cutter) and added a bit of almond extract and it was amazing! So happy with how they turned out 😭

Can't wait to make this. During the first weeks of stay-home order, breakfast became a unpleasant chore for me. I was bored and began experimenting with all different types of flour and ingredients to make healthier pancakes & waffles for the kiddos and make them full bc they were always hungry. I noticed they were dense and I wanted them pretty and fluffy. While they didn't care and still bust them down, I was always left disappointed at my lack of pancake skills. Ultimately ended up finding a bag of cake four and used the recipe posted on the bag. VOILA back to fluffy pancakes. The joy in their eyes said how they REALLY felt during those hard times 🤭🤭🤭 For me to make on my own from scratch isn't my thang. Watching this gives me hope and I will once again attempt it. Thanks so much for this video (although I now hate making pancakes bc of how much I struggled) 😔😔😔
