Have this in the oven right now . I added some chorizo, used a 3 cup box of low sodium. I just cooked macaroni in the pot. So much it didn't all fit in a 9 x 13 baking dish. It tastes awesome. Also made Famous Dave's Cornbread. This is a dropped spoon dish.

One of the BEST things I ever made. There is a recall on Cilantro, so I didnt make the salsa. I drizzled the Mexican Crema, then crumbled some of the Cornbread on top. OMG !!!!!! So cheesy :) And Flavourable !!!!!

This was so good! I used a whole can of tomatoes and beans and a whole bag of frozen corn. I didn’t bother with measuring anything, but I know I definitely used more than a tsp of chili powder. Excellent recipe!!

A taco skillet usually I PUT GUACAMOLE AND Pico de gallo with Rotini Noodles..... I personally miss the Hamburger Helper with scalloped Potatoes in the box you would have to cook with the cheese packet mix that with the hamburger that was a real meal back in the day late 80's early 90's
