The best recepie so far thats exactly how we (kurdish) cook it . With fresh leafes makes an extreme difference except we would like to cook with sumaq water + yougurt water or dogh it becomes even nicer great job , love your channel ♥️😋😋

i usually use sumaq water but didn't have any so substituted for citric acid which also works fine. thanks for your comment :) @zheena haydari
