Them festivals look so delicious 🤤. Question: Is it ok to make a festival into a ball or disc shape? When I tried to do it in a ball and put it in the deep pan, it became flat into a disc and it broke aprt into pieces 😮💨

Wrong! You need the extra water, so the gluten form when resting, and make it soft and chewy. This is not fried dumpling!
